Return & Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Paramount

Our vendors strive to provide all customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.  Unimerce's friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is also available to help you.  

Refund Policy and Conditions

Unimerce encourages our vendors to offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of order arrival, for most merchandise. Please ask about each vendor's return and refund policies directly from the vendor prior to purchasing.  Be advised that all fees charged by Unimerce are on-refundable, including, but not limited to, vendor transaction fees, marketplace operation fees and any other fees charged related to each transaction. For collectable items and antiques, there is a no return and no refund policy.

Return Policy and Conditions

In the event that an end-user buyer is dissatisfied and wishes to return an item or items, upon vendor's approval, the vendor can initiate a direct refund to the buyer using the Refund button conveniently located on their dashboard.  End-buyers have 30 days to return merchandise for US shipped products and 45 days for sales abroad. For collectable items and antiques, there is a no return and no refund policy.

For any return request, A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA #) may be obtained from the respective vendor and required for returns. Each vendor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA #, at which time the RMA # expires. RMA #'s are non-renewable.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. Outpost.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

Special Return & Refund Policy for Resellers

Unimerce is a venue and not directly involved in any transaction. We do facilitate the ability of qualified users to resell other people's products and capture a profit difference in association with PayPal.

We reserve the right to hold these funds in a PayPal account account until all parties are satisfied and then release the funds to the reseller.

Within these complicated transactions, the funds are placed in a secure account and will be released to the reseller upon the mutual satisfaction of both buyer and seller. In the event that the product is returned, these held funds will be returned to the original end-buyer.  

When resellers are reselling an item for instant profit, Unimerce reserves the right to withhold those funds for a period of up to 90 days for transactions up to $5,000.00 (five thousand) and 180 days for transactions of $5,000.00 or more.  This "hold" can be expedited by having the end-buyer contact Unimerce to approve and sign-off on a release that states they are satisfied and will not be returning the item(s) and the sale is final.  

As with vendor-to-buyer sales mentioned above, end-users purchasing from a reseller have 30 days to return merchandise for US sales and 45 days for sales abroad.
