Order Acceptance & Non-Refundable Fees

UNIMERCE automatically accepts an order when the buyer's payment reaches Authorized status. Authorization places a hold on funds; payment has not yet been captured.

Once payment is successfully captured, UNIMERCE selling fees and applicable payment-processing fees are generally non-refundable if an order is later canceled or refunded, except where law, UNIMERCE policy, or payment-provider rules require otherwise.

If payment authorization is voided or expires before capture, no completed-sale selling commission is charged. Other provider charges, if any, depend on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit customer refund rights, chargeback rights, statutory obligations, or reimbursements required by payment-network rules.

I understand the UNIMERCE Selling Fee shown above and agree that UNIMERCE may deduct the applicable selling fee from completed marketplace sales. I understand when an order is accepted and that marketplace selling and payment-processing fees generally are non-refundable once payment is captured, subject to the exceptions above.
