Marketplace use
UNIMERCE provides a curated marketplace for high-value antiques, art, rugs, furniture, collectibles, exhibitions, merchant storefronts, buying agents, sales agents, sponsors, and related services. Users must provide accurate information and use the marketplace only for lawful purposes.
Accounts and roles
Different roles may require email verification, administrator approval, identity verification, payment onboarding, membership access, or additional review before full access is granted. UNIMERCE may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that violate marketplace rules or present security, fraud, compliance, or customer-risk concerns.
Listings and transactions
Product and exhibition information must be accurate, non-misleading, and supported by the best available provenance, condition, shipping, and availability information. Orders, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled under applicable marketplace, shipping, return, and merchant policies.
Content and intellectual property
Users may submit text, images, and business information for listings, storefronts, policies, applications, and communications. Users must have the rights needed to provide that content and authorize UNIMERCE to display and process it for marketplace operations.
Changes
UNIMERCE may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
