UNIMERCE orders may include products from the platform owner and from independent merchants. Each item may require a different fulfillment method, origin, packing requirement, insurance level, carrier, freight provider, white-glove service, or pickup arrangement.
Quotes and timing
Displayed shipping amounts may be carrier-calculated, merchant-entered, manually quoted, or confirmed after review for oversized or high-value pieces. Estimated timelines are not guarantees and may change because of packing, payment verification, export review, carrier availability, weather, inspection, or buyer scheduling.
Risk, insurance, and delivery
High-value items should be packed and shipped with suitable insurance and documentation. Buyers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage or delivery issues through support with photos and order details.
Multiple merchants
A single checkout may create separate merchant fulfillments. Items may ship separately and may have separate tracking, delivery appointments, pickup requirements, or service providers.
